• No doctor-patient relationship is created

Use of this app is entirely at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for:

• Any injuries, harm, or outcomes resulting from use of the app

FytForge does not supervise workouts or verify correctness of exercise execution.

You acknowledge that:

• Injuries, illness, or death can occur from improper activity

By using FytForge, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise and fitness activities.

We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FytForge shall NOT be liable for:

• Loss of data

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We do not guarantee:

• The app will always be available
• The app will be error-free
• Data will always be preserved

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

You retain ownership of your data.

However, you grant FytForge the right to:

FytForge is free until further notice. New premium fees may apply if advanced features are available.

If we introduce paid features in the future, they will be clearly labeled. You will not be charged for any new paid feature without your explicit consent, and existing functionality you use today will remain usable free of charge unless we notify you in advance of a change.
